“A truly fine dining experience
We were never convinced by the previous incarnation of Haar but this is a totally different experience. We were on the Itison deal but will definitely be back - deal or no deal. We loved the experience of having our snacks at the chef’s table - both stunning. As lovers of everything fish, the menu really suited us although the tartare and duck were delicious too. A superb experience with lovely staff.”

Visited this fabulous restaurant during a visit in March. Accept my apology I wrote the review but it hasn’t been posted .(better late than never)
It was a lovely evening with an amuse selection while watching the chef preparation at the bar with a glass of bubbly what a great idea to start our evening. The oyster was a delight .
The helpful staff showed us to our table and the menu started with homemade tasty bread .
The Halibut , trout courses were excellent and smoked lobster an extra course was worth every penny The whole meal served at a lovely pace . The main course was Duck and I had a vegetarian option which wasn’t a problem .
Great choice of wines .
Thought the whole meal was exceptional and throughly enjoyed our experience.

The food and wine were superb with the wine's paired perfectly with the seven corse taster menus also the snacks at the start were a perfect start to the evening the chef was first class while making and serving the snacks

Lovely atmosphere fantastic staff but more importantly the food was excellent. This was our first visit to the new location and we were not disappointed we had the 7 course menu with the Lobster option absolutely fantastic.“
